Shipping outside of Japan, EMS and UPS, and customs duties

Due to the increase in UPS shipping fees, EMS (Japan Post) and UPS ( United Parcel Service ) is now available for you to choose.

Shipping costs will be higher, but usually your order will arrive within 2-3 days of shipping.
Customs clearance is also quicker as we have customs brokers in charge of the procedure.

■EMS (Japan Post) https://www.post.japanpost.jp/int/ems/

Shipping costs are cheaper than UPS, Under normal circumstances, delivery will take between 4 days to 2 weeks from the date of shipment. Customs clearance is handled by the customs office of the delivery country, and delivery is handled by the postal service of the delivery country.
Therefore, delivery may be significantly delayed due to sudden tightening of customs procedures or circumstances in the destination country.

■About customs duties

When shipping to addresses outside of Japan, the MAJOH WEBSHOP:
Shipping is free of Japanese consumption tax.

Instead, import duties and taxes will be charged directly to the customer at the discretion of the customs office in the receiving country.
In Europe, particularly the United Kingdom, very high customs duties may be charged on products.
Please check the import duties yourself before placing your order.
